Logging into Global Office

  1. From the main Global Office Page,  http://go.econocophillips.com, go to the left side of the page.  Under the Global Office Sites select the link that is closest to your current location.
  2. Once you select the link, you will be presented with a Login Screen
    • Network UserID – This is the UserID you use to login to your computer at the ConocoPhillips office. 
    • Network Password -   This is the Password you use to login to your computer at the ConocoPhillips office. 
    • Passcode – This is your SecurID credentials and additional login information for Passcode is below. 
        • RSA SecurID Fob - Passcode is your PIN and the numbers in the window of your RSA SecurID Fob.
        • RSA SecurID Software Token - Passcode is the number generated after you input your PIN into the RSA Software Token application and hit enter.  
        • RSA Software Token for Blackberry - Passcode is the number generated after you enter your PIN and click generate Passcode on your Blackberry
  3. After you login successfully, you will see a list of applications that are available for you to use.  If you need an application that is not listed, please contact the ServiceDesk to see if it can be added. 

Installing a Client on your PC so that applications will launch

A Citrix Client is required to be installed before you can use the applications thru Global Office. 

Very Important - Please verify you have uninstalled any prior Citrix Clients before installing one of the clients below.   If you have a ConocoPhillips pc, you should already have the Citrix Client installed. 

    • Windows Citrix Client v11 -  The installation instructions and files for all versions of Windows are located below - Windows Client v11.pdf  ica32web.zip
    • Macintosh Citrix Client v10 - The installation instructions and files for all versions of Macintosh(MAC) are located here -MAC Client v10.pdf  MacICA_OSX.dmg.zip 
    • Linux Clients - Please go to the Citrix download to select the specific client you need for Linux.  http://www.citrix.com/English/SS/downloads/details.asp?downloadID=3323&productID=-1
    • Apple iPhone - The iPhone is not supported thru Global Office at this time. 
    • Internet Cafe or Kiosks - Please use the Java Client, which will need to install into memory each time you use Global Office. 
      1. Click on the Settings button above your applications list on the top right. 
      2. Click on Client Preferences, under default client select Java Client from the drop down list.  Click the okay screen twice and it will take you Settings page.
      3. Click on the Application button to take you back to the applications list.
      4.   You should now be able to launch applications using the Embedded Java client.
