New Way to GOExternal GO Homepage Updates

Previously, access to the GO Portal was made available via the location specific links provided in the left-hand navigation on this page. With the Global Office Relaunch, this has been simplified and the location based links are no longer needed. Simply select the Connect Now option to connect to the new Global Office via The location-based links will remain available until the end of May, at which point they will be retired and all external users will need to utilize the Connect Now link and

New Citrix workspace & Web Portals

In order to utilize the new Global Office from Citrix Workspace on a personally owned device, you must first download the latest Citrix Workspace from or your platforms respective vendor. (Apple App Store, Android Market, Windows Marketplace)
Once the Citrix Workspace client is installed, you will need to add a new account using the URL See help document for more detailed instructions. The existing location based URLs will remain available as active accounts until the end of May, at which point they will be retired and all external Workspace users will need to create an account with the URL

Action Items for Users  

To ensure continuous access to Global Office, users need to take the follow steps prior to May 19th:
  • Remove shortcuts you've created from your desktop, as these will no longer work when the new Workspace is downloaded.
  • Delete all favorites that go to a location-based link (go-bvl, go-anc, go-svg, etc.) on your computer, iOS, or other personal devices, replacing them with
  • Install the latest Citrix Workspace Client on personal devices and add an account with the URL
  • Remove any accounts that go to a location-based URL (go-bvl, go-anc, go-svg, etc).
