Q. What do I do if the portal at the location closest to me is not allowing me to log in?
A. You can use the portal at the next closest location. Select the next closest portal and log in as normal. If the second portal is also not available, contact the Global Service Desk.
Q. How do I get access to additional applications in Global Office?
A. First, check with the ServiceDesk to see if the application is available and if you can be added to the group. If the application is not available, then the application owner will need to request to have it packaged for Global Office.
Q. How do I login to my pc at the office using Global Office?
A. You can use an application called Remote Desktop to connect to your laptop or desktop that is powered on at the ConocoPhillips Office. For instructions on how to use Remote Desktop please click here.
